- Body Suits. These wardrobe work horses provide a great opportunity to make a whole new outfit out of something you already have. Body suits can be worn with pants, skirts, shorts, blouses, jackets, shirts, etc. It’s up to you how you style it.
- Bras. Another intimate work horse, your bra can be more than support. So many beautiful designs seem wasted being covered up. It’s up to you how much to reveal or conceal. And depending on the style, your bra can be it’s own top.
- Bathing Suits. Stay with me here. A bathing suit is not just for water. Your suit can serve and function like a body suit and be dressed up or down with the pieces you match with it. And only you would know that your “top” conjures memories of sun & fun.
- Chemises and Gowns. Depending on the chemise, it can be worn as a slip, a nightgown, and as outerwear. Think of it as a fun dress up or dress down piece. Add the right shoes and jewelry and you have a “semi” formal/cocktail outfit. Pair it with sneakers and you’ve got the perfect summer dress.
- Silk Pajamas. Prefer to wear pants? Silk pajamas are a great option for evening wear. Consider your shoes and accessories.
- Robes. Consider the fabric and style and get it out of the bathroom. An embroidered piece can serve as a cover-up or jacket for outerwear. It also can work as a great swim cover up.
