Everything that is old is the “New” new. Or so it seems.
But when you think about it, it’s wonderful how so many creative and talented individuals have taken the step to put new life into so many things. We try to do our part in our corner of the world.
A properly fitted bra is not a luxury. It is a basic necessity and foundational part of health and well-being, something that every woman should have. And even though this is my mantra, there are many, many, many women in our community who do not have this fundamental level of care. We are turning April into BRA DRIVE Month!
Ladies, channel your inner Marie Kondo (author and Netflix Reality star) and start saying “thank you” and goodbye to those “gently loved” and “loved to death” bras. We are holding a massive BRA DRIVE throughout April. As you know, we provide professional fittings to women in need. Your “gently loved” bras are given to these women so they have bras that fit. So far, we’ve been able to help some of the ladies at The O’Connor House in Carmel, IN. Our plan is to add at least one more area support center this spring. We want to do so much more so we need more “Gently Loved” bras. Clean out those drawers ladies!
At the same time, we are also asking for your “Loved to Death” bras. These are bras that have served their purpose and have no life left in them. We are so excited to have found B.R.A. Bras Recycle Agency. They collect used bras (‘Loved to Death’) and recycle and repurpose them into Red Carpets! Who knew!! There’s a ton of information about them on their website at brarecyclingagency.com. We’re excited to participate with them in this endeavor.

Your donation of either “gently loved” and/or “loved to death” enters you into the weekly drawing. We’re thrilled to partner with you in uplifting women in need as we all recycle, repurpose and reuse!
